VIRTUAL LONDON 10K

VIRTUAL LONDON 10K

As a small family charity we rely a great deal on the support of so many people (or Heroes in our eyes) who take on a variety of challenges to raise money for KHMT, which enables us to carry on our Carbon Monoxide work, either by buying and donating carbon monoxide alarms or by making CO awareness films. I’d like to personally thank five of our most recent heroes, who all participated in the Virtual London 2021 10K and between them raised nearly £1,700. The Katie Haines Memorial Trust is indebted to Sara Nogosek, Lynne Raishbrook, Claire Brunavs, Jo Watts, Ian Palmer-Smith. We realise events like this take up time on the day but also require training beforehand.

It is because of our heroes that we will next week we will be delivering carbon monoxide alarms and brochures to Cotswold Friends:

“Cotswold Friends is a local charity, helping and supporting older and vulnerable people in the North Cotswolds. We aim to combat loneliness and isolation. Our voluntary services improve health and wellbeing and support independent living.”
