Incident in Southington Sunday highlights importance of CO detectors
Working carbon monoxide detectors contributed to the safety of a local family after their water heater malfunctioned Sunday morning, a fire official said.
Lt. Glenn Dube said that firefighters responded to 215 Mountain Pond Road around 10:30 a.m. Sunday, after the home’s carbon monoxide detectors were activated.
