Edna Dawes Lunch Club, Fairford

We contacted Rev. Caroline Symcox of St Mary’s Church, Fairford, asking about any groups who might like carbon monoxide alarms and we were put in touch with The Edna Dawes Lunch Club. We were pleased to be able to donate 20 Carbon Monoxide Alarms to the Club.

“The Edna Dawes Lunch Club has an attendance of 30 and meets on a Monday and Wednesday at Fairford Hospital. It is for frail and elderly people who live in the local community and they are picked up and dropped off at their homes. The aim is to provide company, fun and a hot meal for people who live alone. It can also provide a short respite for a caring spouse.”
